Mike and Ruby took on our 2 year old German Shepard dog bean. Both my partner and I work shifts and they were able to accommodate 99% of our requests. Bean can be anxious around new dogs and Mike absolutely accommodated that by slowly introducing bean to their dogs and then others. Very trust worthy and reassuring. Definitely worth using EL paws!

Ruby bravely took on my 1 year old husky this week, and I’ve been so impressed. Ruby is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgable. My dog adores her walks, and gets excited when she hears the van turn up. I also love the photos and videos that Ruby makes. Highly recommended. My girl is having the best time 🙂 x

We have a 2.5 year old JRT who is medically diagnosed with anxiety. He is on anxiolytics but still a slight change in routine or illness or disturbed sleep can lead to significant deterioration in behaviour. He is hard work but once you understand him, he will fiercely love you!
Sadly, for people outside of his carers, he can come across as scary and intimidating! Long story short, his previous Walker found his behaviour challenging and discontinued his walks. We then found Mike and Ruby who listened to us patiently and did 2 trials with him.
From the offset itself, M seemed to have liked them both. They both won his trust and truly gave him a great time on the walks. His group walks are carefully chosen and both Mike and Ruby keep an eye on M to help him regulate his excitement.
M is very happy with El-Paws and so are we. He is now walked 5 days a week - for him it’s important to maintain a routine and therefore like clockwork he knows when to expect Ruby, which is great!
Ruby also watched M when I was away for a work do and she kept me informed and sent pictures. He’s never looked so relaxed when I’ve been away!
I highly recommend Ruby and Mike from El-Paws!

Very responsible dog walkers who clearly love and understand the dogs . My dog loves going out with Ruby and Mike and mixing withe the other dogs . At the beginning she was very reluctant to go in the van but they showed great patience and now now she’s straight in.

Ruby and Mike at El Paws are both fantastic with dogs, so knowledgable, reliable and such lovely people too. They’ve been walking our Husky for almost a year and there’s no one else we would trust so wholeheartedly. They’ve worked on a few issues with her too to get her more socialised & comfortable with making other doggy friends and the results speak for themselves, we have a much happier more relaxed pup who gets so excited when she hears their van pull up.

Amazing dog walkers. Our dog is very very comfortable with them and loves her walks. Always get photos and their communication is spot on. They are very flexible in stepping when I need them and a complete life saver! Often one step ahead of me when I am juggling kids, work and our dog!
